我好喜欢看在健身房运动的男生。他们看起来好健壮，好有肌肉。

masculine:很有男人味的，有肌肉的

macho:比masculine还更有男人味的，有肌肉的

2、Your boyfriend is buff! He should be abouncer.

你男朋友好壮啊。他可以去酒吧里当保镖。

buff (adj.)壮硕魁梧的

3、Richard is so cut. I can see his six packs through his shirt.

Richard好有肌肉哦。我隔着他的衣服都可以看到他的六块肌。

cut (adj.)非常有肌肉的

4、 I've been working out with weight's for months and now I'm ripped.

我已经举重健身好几个月了，现在我有非常明显的肌肉。

ripped (adj.)非常有肌肉的，可以看到一块一块的肌肉与一条条的血管

Americans care about the build of their bodies(美国人很重视体魄)。他们欣赏masculine，macho(有男人味、有肌肉的男生)。很多人从小就养成去健身房运动的习惯(work out at the gym)。他们不喜欢pale and flabby(肌肉松弛)的男生。

Note：

面膜就叫做facial mask，那么眼膜就是eye mask。
