My opinions, Firstly government can certainly make great efforts to close the gap between rich and poor, and offer everyone a reasonable education which will bring them greater opportunities in the future. Secondly, our government must do is to accept societies changing. Let criminals will re-education and rehabilitated, using community service programs instead into a jail.
