You’re so busy every day that you don’t pay much attention to your health.I am worried about you. I hope you can keep healthy. You often drive to your office. It is not about walking there because it can make you much stronger?I’d like you to play basketball or go swimming in the gym at least once a week. It is important to eat healthy food such as vegetables, meat, eggs and fruits. Though your work is hard, I still hope that you can go to bed early so that you can get enough sleep.
