尊敬的中医同道：

值此“歧轩医学专题学术会议”举办之际，我们诚邀您莅临本次歧轩盛会。

“歧轩医学”是由北京歧轩堂张润杰老师带领一批中医同道，深挖《黄帝内经》理论精髓，结合后世各大医家的宝贵经验，以脉法为突破口，使脉法成为中医的临床治疗辨证的指南针，在“气一元论”思想的指导下，相继又完善了“歧轩靶向用药”，“歧轩一元针法”，“歧轩导引推拿法”“歧轩养生术”等内容，使我们的诊断可以直接为临床的辨证治疗提供指导。

“歧轩医学”经过几年的推广，得到了同道们的认可和赞誉，“歧轩脉法”法于《黄帝内经》“察色按脉、先别阴阳”之旨，贯穿着气之升降出入，如拨云见日，使“色脉者，上师所秘”之脉诊神机昭然若揭。“歧轩靶向用药”则是通过药物服食，脉象变化来把握了解药物在人体内的升降出入运动的部位和方向，如此遣方用药则信手拈来，如此学习经方亦可以深悟经方之奥妙！针法、灸法、导引、推拿、刮痧、拔罐无不如是！

在“歧轩医学”体系内，从生理到病理，从诊断到治疗皆以“一”贯之，统一于“气一元论”。通过临床验证，无数歧轩人惊叹于祖先的智慧，现为了让更多的中医同道受益，我们召开“歧轩医学专题会议”。本次大会将是中医人坦诚交流的平台，张润杰老师将对交流内容给予点评和指导。同时中医界相关领导将出席对大会给予支持。

各有关单位：

中国（北京）国际服务贸易交易会（简称京交会）由中国商务部、北京市人民政府共同主办，得到世界贸易组织、联合国贸易和发展会议、世界经济合作与发展组织永久支持，定于每年 5 月28日至6月1日在北京召开；是目前世界唯一涵盖服务贸易12大类服务贸易领域的综合型交易展会，已经成功举办了两届。作为京交会执行单位的中国服务贸易协会具体承办了文化贸易相关活动。现将活动有关事项说明如下：

一、基本情况

二、活动内容

第三届京交会文化贸易活动由高层论坛、专业招商与洽谈会、展览三部分组成。

（一）开幕式暨高层论坛

2015年5 月 28日下午，在国家会议中心举行，拟邀请美国、韩国、英国、日本文化贸易机构、跨国公司负责人，国内重点文化企业负责人，科研机构学者围绕以下三个方面发言：

1、国际文化贸易趋势分析与预测

2、发布《中国重点文化企业发展报告》

3、文化贸易人才培养

（二）专业招商洽谈会

1、将重点围绕吉林、云南、四川几个城市文化产业园区合作、招商等展开专项活动。同时，将举办重点企业服务采购说明会。

2、举办文化专项资金（基金）扶持和重点项目金融服务专场说明会。

本届展览面积：1500平米，重点以茶文化、中国丝绸、工艺品、中国艺术品，以寻求合作为主。

四、重点服务贸易企业和重大服务贸易项目库，有关情况介绍

协会将在执行商务部、中国进出口银行服务贸易重大项目贷款的基础上，建立“中国重点服务贸易企业库”和“中国重大服务贸易项目库”，两库将在京交会期间免费对外开放。一是欢迎国内各行业企业积极向协会申报（详细情况见《关于推荐服务贸易各行业重点企业和重大项目的函》；二是有意与重点企业或重大项目合作的企业，请登录中国服务贸易协会专家委员会官方网站：#url#查询或咨询协会工作人员。

五、中国企业“走出去”讲座

1、参加京交会文化贸易活动的企业，必须是具有一定规模企业和有明确项目或服务需求的企业。
