1. 关于退款

SSAT考试报名后即使考生没有参加考试或者取消了考试，也不会退款，因此考试如果当天没有办法参加考试，可以选择更改考试日期，但是需要额外交纳35美元的变更费用。

2. SSAT考试改考

考试改考指的是考生需要变更考试时间或者地点。

考生需要登录SSAT考试账号，点击"My Tests"并选择"Change Test."更改自己需要的日期或考场

SSAT考试改考时间最晚需要在参加考试的前一周或者不晚于在参加考试日期的前一个周五(5:00 pm EDT)

变更费用：35美元

参加2016年考试的考生更改时间最晚必须是2016年8月1日之前，因为报名时间不能更改到之后的时间。

3. SSAT缺考或取消考试

如果考生决定不参加考试或者临时有事可能会错过考试，那么可以选择取消考试，但是必须在考试当天之前，但是没有退费，也不能让其他考生参加。但是考生可以选择转考。
