60% of the students support this action. They express that interviews can evaluate a student in a more thorough and comprehensive way. It can encourage students to develop their own interests and personalities. What’s more, with the development of society, a more open and efficient way to test a student’s abilities is needed. On the other hand, the other 40% students are against this idea. They argue that first, interviews may be subjective and one-sided, which could lead to unfairness. Second, not all students are good at showing their talents in interviews. Last but not least, a student can’t be judged in only three or five minutes.

　　The Advantage of Internships 实习的好处

Internships must be very familiar for every graduate. In China, it is our traditional to have internships before graduating. They think it is good for students to experience the social life in advance. Although it couldn’t receive the agreement of all people, but I think it will do good to students. There are several reasons to support my opinion.

First of all, internships help students experience social life in advance. Nowadays, most students are the little prince and princess in their family. When they are studying in school, they seldom have the chance to connect with society. However, it is ironical that they have to enter the society when they graduate from university. At that time, internships give them the chance to do preparation before entering the society. At least, they will have a general understanding about the society in their psychology.

What’s more, students can figure out their direction on finding jobs through internships. As students spend most of their time on study, most of them are confused about finding jobs. They don’t know what kind of job they should find. Through internship, they can at least know their attitude on the job they are working, even they can figure out their career aim.

In conclusion, internships have many advantages, especially for those students, who do not have any working experience. They should consider it as a good chance.

每个毕业生肯定对实习很熟悉。在中国，毕业实习是传统。他们认为提前体验社会生活对学生是有好处的。虽然并不是所有人都这么认为，但我觉得实习对学生是有好处的。有几个理由来支持我的观点。

首先，实习可以帮助学生提前体验社会生活。如今，大多数学生在家里面都是小王子、小公主。他们在学校学习的时候，很少有机会与社会接触。然而，可笑的是，他们一毕业就要进入社会了。这样的话，实习就是给他们机会为进入社会提前做好准备。至少，他们在心中对社会可以有个大体的了解。

更重要的是，通过实习，学生可以弄清自己找工作时的方向。由于学生大部分时间都是花在学习上，对于找工作都是很困惑的。他们不知道应该找什么样的工作。通过实习，他们至少可以知道他们对于所实习的工作喜不喜欢，甚至还可以找到自己的职业目标。

总之，实习有很多优点，特别是对于那些没什么工作经验的学生。他们应该把它当作一个好机会。

Nowadays, there is a growing tendency that college graduates in mounting numbers choose to work as village officials after graduation. People’s attitudes towards this phenomenon differ sharply. Some hold the positive view while others are against it. From my perspective, I believe that it is a wise choice.

The reason why I support them can be listed as follows: on the one hand, college graduates can contribute a lot to the development of the countryside. Firstly, having received formal education and professional training in universities, college graduates can help peasants master advanced technology. Besides, by spreading and introducing new concepts, they can also accelerate the development of rural culture. Consequently, the gap between the city and the countryside can be gradually narrowed. On the other hand, college graduates themselves can also benefit a lot from being village officials. In the first place, working in rural areas with adverse environmental condition and lower living standard, they are more likely to foster a spirit of hard-working and independence. Moreover, compared with their peers competing for limited positions, those who work as village officials enjoy more opportunities and are more likely to bring their abilities and potential into full play.
