strong-arm: 指施用暴力、强力、权威、影响力等使他人服从自己的意志。

put hairs on your chest: 还有开玩笑的口吻，指某事可以给你力量，使你更具有男性特质。hairs on chest指的是男性的胸毛，被视作男子气的一个标志。
