很显然，在“不胜感激”这个词语当中，胜的意思应该是最后一个解释——荆

“感激”的含义

(1) 因为别人的`好意或帮助而对他有好感

(2) 对于施恩者怀有热烈友好的感情,促使人去报答恩情

(3) 感动奋发

这就是“感激”一词的词义，在本词条当中的意思则应当是此三者都存在的。

“不胜感激”的含义因此，“不胜感激”的意思就应当是：有对于某人或某物不尽的感动与感恩之情，对其怀有强烈友好的感情，促使人去报答恩情。
