会计师可以担当从出纳到CFO这一系列的多样职务，自不必言，会计师稍一转身也可去会计师事务所做审计员到合伙人的位子，也不絮絮赘述。今日只想说说常规会计和审计之外的、适合会计专业人士担当的职位。

会计师可以做翻译。虽说外语已经不是吃香的专业，财经外语的优秀人才却还是往往都不去专攻会计。而一些境内的会计专门机构，如大型的事务所和会计公司，又急需在第一时间吃透外文的新会计规则和操作方式，于是它们请几位会计和外语水平皆高的人专事翻译，也就颇为必要。如果您外语比较好，又是会计专业的，可以专职或者兼职做这个。

会计师可以去做高管。每家上市公司都需要懂会计的独立董事，上市公司越来越多，这方面的就业空间也随之越来越大。如果资历不够做独董，也可以试试上市公司证券事务主管，专做信息披露、接待中介机构，填写各种监管部门下发的表格等。

会计师可以专做培训。有人说会计师是一种充满考试的行业，各种资格和职称都需考试，做考前培训已有不小的市场。此外还有许多专题的培训，比如怎样编制合并报表，怎么运作上市等等，都是广有需求的`。因此做培训教师已经是不错的职业。此外，会计师还可以在大点的培训机构做招生咨询，专门接待来访来电咨询的人员，细心解释每门课程的特点和适应人群。

财务顾问也是很好的工作，很多中介机构都在拓展这方面的业务。引用一家公司的招聘要求，财务顾问的职责是：对客户企业进行现场财务诊断，出具税收筹划、财务核算、内控体系及财务管理系统解决方案，辅导实施财税方案并跟踪固化，以全面提升客户企业财务水平。调研客户企业财务现状，进行现场评估，查找企业存在的财税问题和寻找增收节支空间，撰写调研报告、量身定制财务管理解决方案，演示方案效果并指导实施，帮助企业增加实际收益，降低运营成本，管控企业风险。

常规财务顾问之外，还有财务分析师，就是天天研究行业内企业数据，撰写行业分析报告的那种，也是不错的职位。类似工作还有证券研究员等。

投行经理，出差频繁一些，专做公司并购、财务顾问等投资银行业务。不少原在事务所的人跳槽去了投行，发挥他们的专业能力。

如果会计师喜欢写作且又水平高超，那么去做财经记者、编辑，都是挺好的选择。不喜欢赶稿子和跑新闻的话，也可以做专业或兼职的作家，自己写书出版，只是没有职业压力的情况下可能产量少些而已。

以上工作似乎都较适合中高层的会计人士，如果是初入行或未入行者，怎么办？也有合适的位子。有的会计公司要招会计学徒，要求：有会计基础，热爱从事会计行业的人员，通过6个月短期的实操培训迅速掌握建账、记账、报税等实际知识，使自己具备从事会计或出纳工作的能力，并能够独立上岗操作。看看，只要有会计基础就行，6个月培养成熟练会计或者出纳，这种升级速度可不是在一般企业或者事务所能达到的。
