this request for expressions of interest is published and issued for domestic manufactures or suppliers, following business opportunity on auto-transformers from vietnam searched by our company.

2. 本兴趣函诚邀具有国际供货业绩，并致力于开拓特定国际市场，有着完善的售后服务体系，并愿意与合作方建立长期战略合作关系的，国内知名专业机械设备制造商或供货商。

this letter invites any manufacturer and/or supplier, with international supply experiences, comprehensive after-sale systems, who intends to establish a long-term strategic partnership with us and develop an specific international market.

3. 本项目将要采购的合同包括：请参见附件1：合同包数据表。

5．我公司现以公告方式诚邀合格的设备制造商或供货商应答。感兴趣的公司应用中英文提供相关信息，证明自己有能力承担本项目（公司简介、类似合同业绩介绍及客户证明文件、exw/cip产品报价、报价组成、价格有效期、生产周期、付款条件、国内外运输保险、检验检测、质量保证、售后服务、技术手册、主要销售和售后服务人员名单及简历等）。设备制造商或供货商应表明是否愿意合作组成联合体以增强各自的资历。

lot1.1:at least 5 years of experience in the supply of auto-transformer with a voltage rating of 220kv(or above);have at least two contracts from 2015-2015 with a value of at least 30 billions vnd or equivalent to 1.8 million usd for contract supply of auto-transformer. bidders should have an average annual turnover over the last three years (2015-2015) of at least us$ 5.4 million or 90 billion vnd

变压器：至少5年的220kv及以上变压器供货经验；

2015-2015年，至少有2个供货合同，且每个合同金额不少于180万美元；

2015-2015年，年均营业额至少540万美元

lot1.2：bidders are required to have at least 5 years of experience in the supply of primary equipment and materials with a voltage rating of 110 kv(or above); have at least two contracts from 2015-2015 with a value of at least 5 billion vnd or equivalent to 300,000 usd for contract supply of primary equipment and materials. bidders should have an average annual turnover over the last three years (2015-2015) of at least us$1.5 million or equivalent to 25 billion vnd.

大兴区2015-2015年度办公设备补招项目(视频会议系统及视频监控设备、卫星导航设备)定点供应商授权/确认工作已开始，按照“市、区资源共享”的原则，我区拟使用北京市市级招标结果。有意成为大兴区政府采购定点供货商，并自愿遵守大兴区《框架协议》的'中标商，请按以下要求办理大兴区协议供货事宜：

昌平区2011年度协议供货商确定工作已经开始，根据“市、区资源共享”原则，我区拟使用“北京市市级行政事业单位2015-2011办公及空调设备协议采购项目（采购编号：bgpc-g10054）”中标结果，有意成为昌平区政府采购办公设备、空调设备协议供货商，并自愿遵守《2015-2011北京市政府采购协议供货框架协议》及《2011年度昌平区政府采购协议供货补充协议》的厂商，请按以下要求办理昌平区协议供货事宜：

1、北京市中标的各品牌的供货服务商，本着自愿的原则，可自动成为昌平区的协议供货商。

2、为给昌平区预算单位提供方便快捷的服务，由中标厂家在市级协议供货商之外，同时另推荐3-4家昌平区境内的代理商，一并作为昌平区的协议供货商。
